I'm a former software engineer who moved into commercial real estate and started NickleCorp a few years back. The tech background helps... I'm used to thinking in terms of data, efficiency, and systems, and I bring that same mindset to buying and running properties.

NickleCorp is small and hands‑on. We focus on keeping tenants happy and finding smart ways to grow value, all while being straightforward about what's going on. I like digging into the day‑to‑day of our tenants' businesses so we can solve problems together, not just collect rent. You can also tell us to shut up and mind our own business - and we will.

We're based along the Wasatch Front and pick up properties around the Intermountain West, aiming for long‑term partnerships and steady, sensible returns.
